Why Goat Milk?

Why Goat Milk?

FARM FRESH GOAT MILK HAS MANY BENEFITS FOR YOUR SKIN

LOADED WITH ALPHA HYDROXY ACIDS (AHA)
AHAs are natural humectants that hydrate & exfoliate. Goat milk has particularly high concentrations of Lactic Acid, an AHA that removes dead skin cells to create brighter, smoother skin and improves scars, age spots, & hyperpigmentation. Lactic acid has the same pH as human skin so it is one of the gentlest AHAs & therefore the best AHA for sensitive skin.
RICH IN FATTY ACIDS
We chose to raise Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats because their milk has the highest concentration of butterfat compared to other goat milk. These natural emollients increase soap lather & bubbles & are ultra-moisturizing. Creamy ceramides contribute to noticeably softer skin & fatty acids repair & support a healthy skin barrier.
MICROBIOME FRIENDLY
Goat milk contains lactobacillus, a probiotic that has anti-inflammatory effects to soothe skin & prevent skin disorders such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, & dry skin. Probiotics in goat milk encourage growth of normal skin floral that protects skin from unhealthy bacteria and chemicals.
HIGH VITAMIN & MINERAL CONTENT
Vitamins & minerals are contained in the butterfat of milk & so we can ensure very high nutrient content in our products. Goat milk is particularly high in Vitamin A, a fat-soluble/bioavailable powerhouse retinoid & anti-aging ingredient, as well as C, E, & B vitamins & minerals like selenium to support a healthy skin membrane & improve dry skin.
SIMPLER, KINDER, GENTLER
Cruelty-free, no parabens, sulfates, palm oil, alcohol, phthalates, synthetic dyes or fragrances, formaldehyde, or talc which makes it a safe choice for anyone with sensitive skin as well as those with aging, sun-damaged skin, health conditions, allergies, or undergoing treatments that impact the skin.
